We're talking about bitcoin! We're talking about bitcoin We ain't talking about the game! When you come to the arena, and you see me play You see me play, don't you? This is what's great about bitcoin. This is what the greatest thing about bitcoin is: you play to win the game. You play to win the game. You don't play it to just play it. That's the great thing about bitcoin: you play to win, and I don't care if you don't have any wins.
You go play to win. When you start tellin' me it doesn't matter, then retire. Get out! Same market psychology and confirmation. What the fuck is this shit? How are we supposed to get Ws if we do shit like this, boys? Quick Q about kraken futures. Is there currently any BTC futures beyond december of this year? The website says there are monthly, quarterly, and semi annual futures available. Im not seeing any semi annual.
The monthly contract is November The quarterly contract is December The semi annual contract is March. And of course, the perpetual contract never expires. Within our Support Center, we list the fixed maturity futures contract specifics , including the first trading days of new contracts.
I'm sure his accusors will as well. Remember when he tweeted "lmao come and get me motherfuckers ctfc"? So satisfying to see a man who deems himself invincible break apart. The shit he was tweeting was like he wanted to get caught by the DOJ. Remember how he shilled all those DeFI coins a few months back? Same with that Portnoy guy, picking letters out of Scrabble and buying that stock. Basically on thin ice with regulators. Get your head out of the hopium. I'm very bullish too but just because one company MicroStrategy bought a bunch of bitcoin doesn't mean that every company in the country is going to start recklessly putting bitcoin on their balance sheets.
Institutional adoption is and will continue to happen but you're painting fantasy scenarios that are completely unrealistic if you understand the slightest bit about corporate finance. Miners aren't "ignorantly" selling. They are operating businesses that need to pay there way - as opposed to some 17 year old with his lunch money invested in moon shot dreams.
Hopefully I'm not adding to conspiracy theories, but the US is targeting foreign exchanges. I mean that's a fact, Right? I don't think you can add any more to this guy's conspiracy theories, I mean he has the CIA bombing miners. Could be a movie? I could totally see Jesse Eisenberg in a Crypto-Rambo trifecta on the big screen. The Stallone for the new generation. I don't think they would cast him because he doesn't look feminine enough.
But I could see Juicy Smoo-yay in that role. Yes bullish, but also a confirmation of the major shift from retail to institutional. Nobody knows the future, but I have a feeling that institutional investment is soon going to make Bitcoin a very expensive thing to purchase. If you're already loaded up fine, then you stand to be among the tiny minority of retail that bought before the shift.
Good for some of us, but bad for the vision of freedom for all that Bitcoin once represented. Also, if the next bullrun is driven by institutions buying it like gold, I wouldn't hold my breathe for a major post run crash like we saw in retail. Ofcourse but he specifically said it might be difficult to own one whole coin and not that it would become difficult to hold any Bitcoin. This is a good point.
If I added up all the fiat I put into crypto it would not buy one btc today. There's groups of people in countries and social strata that you'd least expect, holding the amount of bitcoin that could sort me out for next five generations.
People who had no alternative and had to use btc, got in long long ago. They would be on the same level as the institutions, and won't give it up without a proper fight.
Freedom will win. You can kinda guess how much of it is institutional, and how much is old school punks. I hear things like this about bitcoin being too expensive to own, but given that one bitcoin can be divided up so much, does the price of one bitcoin really impact its practical use to an average person? Genuinely curious. Yes this is true. All true.
My point though, is that the problem of divide between the rich getting richer and poor getting poorer will not be solved with Bitcoin. Not that I ever thought it would to be honest, I love Bitcoin's tech for many other reasons.

Thank you for your sacrifice, Sloppy's BIL. Was hoping for better comments tbh. Note some of the new shares were probably purchased with bitcoin but I believe a majority were usd purchases Here is my spreadsheet I update in my free time. Edit: Roughly a purchase of k coins since the halving alone.
Thank you to OP for doing this work. Edit: please elaborate where and why you disagree with the above, appreciate it. That's because we're still in levels. It is what it is. I also think a correction may be coming.
Isn't it more likely they'd do it OTC? Rule 1 of bull club. Had 3 btc a few months ago. I stopped as soon as I lost a much smaller portion. And never start again. And I want to win the Bitcoin lottery so I can retire early. Lose it all Not hating btw, this shit genuinely saddens me. Please stop margin trading your entire account.
Is that a new coin? Phallic nature unintentional. Fine upvote. All four of the current contracts are available to be viewed within the top toolbar. Just no. Bitcoin will continue to have corrections too. Nothing goes up in a straight line. Reward for the true hodlers. Like affording 1 BTC is as arbitrary as affording 0. That aside, owning "one bitcoin" is pretty arbitrary. Why not own 0. Those who came before us, knew this could happen. Have a little faith.
